First, check the Performance Schedule below for available dates (we get booked early). Even if we are booked for your date, please call. Occasionally, we have cancellations or rescheduling of events. - What is the requested date/time?
- Where will the function be held (venue name & address)?
- Is there a hard-surfaced stage? Please describe the floor surface.
- If there is no stage, is there a floor area that would accommodate tap dancers?
- What are the dimensions and layout of the area?
- Is the area elevated?
- Will an operator be available to run the sound system?
- Do you have a microphone?
- Will an emcee (announcer) be available to read the introduction to each of our routines? (We provide the script.)
- Is there a changing room immediately adjacent to the stage? Please describe the area.
- What program length is desired?
- What is the theme and purpose of the function?
- What is the anticipated attendance?
- Do you have an entertainment budget or honorarium for the Dallas Tap Dazzlers? We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and appreciate honorariums for the success and development of our program.
- If an honorarium is offered, do you require a W-9 and/or invoice? Please provide the contact person's name and email to send W-9 and/or Honorarium request.
- Who is the coordinator of the event/program - contact name/email/phone?
- Please provide the name of the company or individual putting on the event/program.
- Please provide the address of the company or individual coordinating the event/program.
